CONTROL

"Control" is a visual novel-puzzle game. The main character is a depressed, stuck in a routine person for whom the only reason to live is their work. They have a certain position in a government office, that requires them to distribute appointments among people who request those by mail. They compensate the lack of any meaning in their life as well as any control over it with the power to decide what time and where an appointment will be available for a certain person: whether to give it to them with a good time or with the a bad time so that person would be late.
